The award was received by Vice Chairperson, Ms. Kavita Sahay, who represented VIBGYOR at this prestigious event held at Taj Land’s End, Mumbai.

VIBGYOR’s innovative learning approach goes beyond merely the academic curriculum at each of the schools. Students are encouraged to participate in various extra-curricular activities, as well as events which complement their classroom learning, in order to inculcate a level of enthusiasm in them. With teachers providing individual attention to every student, the children are exposed to a motivating environment, where they explore their own strengths and weaknesses. In this manner, students are able to understand their own potential, and are empowered to tackle various challenges in their own creative, individual manner.

Apart from being highly qualified trainers, the teachers also play the role of mentors to the children, tackling issues which extend from classroom learning difficulties to various general aspects as well. In this manner, they ensure that every child is provided with an environment that makes them feel comfortable and open to self-expression.
